Total Vision provides an exclusive two year warranty on scratch coat, specialty coatings, and frames. This applies to manufacture defects and does not include glass lenses, loss, or theft.

Total Vision is the FIRST in Idaho with the i.Terminal: a high-tech imaging system that creates an individual and unique experience for each of our patients.
What is the i.Terminal?
The i.Terminal is a unique dispensary system that combines advanced fitting and measurement precision with enhanced patient consultation in one simple process. Employing a precision digital camera and a computerized measuring system, the i.Terminal then provides these essential dispensing functions:
- Measures monocular interpupillary distances, fitting heights, pantoscopic angle, vertex distance and frame wrap automatically.
- Creates photo images for review by the patient and dispenser. Patient photos can be taken home for those who need some extra help in deciding on the perfect look!
- Provides interactive demonstrations of lens enhancements such as: transition, anti-reflective coating, and tinting.
